About Frontsheet
What is Frontsheet?
Frontsheet keeps everything about your business in one place. It reads your public website, drafts one clear description of what you do, and turns that description into finished, client-ready pieces: sales sheets, capability statements, executive briefs, and more. You correct the draft once, and every piece describes the same business.
Is Frontsheet a document generator?
No. Documents are what comes out once your information is trusted, not what you're buying. A document generator gives you a file and moves on. Frontsheet keeps one confirmed description of your business current, and every sales sheet, brief, or proposal is produced from that description, not written fresh and separately each time.
Is Frontsheet a proposal tool?
No. Frontsheet isn't proposal software. A proposal draft is one of the pieces you can build once your business description is confirmed, but what you're buying is the trusted description everything else is built from, not a proposal generator on its own.
Is Frontsheet an Ai writing tool?
No. A writing tool creates a new answer from scratch every time you ask, which is exactly how versions drift apart. Frontsheet keeps one confirmed description of your business and produces every piece from that same source, so the tenth piece still matches the first.
What does Frontsheet start with?
Your website. Paste the address and Frontsheet reads it, plus your core identity pages, and drafts a first description of your business from what's already there. You correct it from there.
Does Frontsheet replace my website?
No. Frontsheet reads your website to start your draft, and can publish an approved page back to it if you turn that on, but your website stays yours to run. Frontsheet's job is keeping what your website, proposals, and team say about the business consistent, not hosting or replacing the site itself.
Who is behind Frontsheet?
Frontsheet is operated by JRO Enterprises, LLC, a Washington, USA company. It is founder-led and independently owned, built for service businesses that win work on trust and referrals.
Where is Frontsheet available?
Frontsheet is entirely online. You work in the browser and finished pieces arrive as downloads, so it works wherever your business is. The company is based in the United States.

Who is Frontsheet built for?
Founder-led service businesses, usually 5 to 50 people, that sell expertise through relationships and referrals: consultancies, IT and managed service providers, cybersecurity firms, accountants, engineers, recruiters, and fractional executives. If buyers have to trust you before they can see the work, Frontsheet is built for you.
Who is Frontsheet not for?
A few situations aren't a good fit today. Agencies that want to produce materials for their own clients: multi-client work and white-labeling are planned for the Agency plan, which is currently a waitlist. Operators who run several separate businesses: each account holds one business today. And companies selling physical products or e-commerce rather than expertise: Frontsheet's drafting and pieces are shaped around service businesses.
Can I use Frontsheet for several businesses?
Not yet. Each account holds one business today: one trusted description, one set of materials. If you operate more than one business, you need a separate account for each.
Can agencies use Frontsheet for clients?
Yes. The Agency plan runs several client accounts from one login, with one pooled piece allowance across clients, for $999 a month. White-label exports are on the way.
What do I need before I start?
A public website and an email address. Frontsheet drafts from what your site already says, and the email is used to send you your preview and download links. If your site is thin, you can add details yourself at the start instead of relying on it.

What exactly do I get?
Finished, print-ready pieces drawn from your corrected description: a sales sheet on the starting package, plus an executive brief, capability statement, and LinkedIn content pack with Frontsheet Setup. Add-ons cover investor one-pagers, pitch outlines, proposal drafts, and more. Monthly plans add pricing guides and further piece types.
What file formats do you deliver?
PDF, designed and print-ready. Frontsheet does not yet produce editable Word or slide files, so if your process requires editing the finished file yourself, for example rewriting inside an RFP response, Frontsheet may not fit yet. You can rebuild and re-download updated PDFs whenever your details change.
Will it invent things about my business?
No. Frontsheet only uses what's on your website or what you provide, and never invents claims, numbers, or testimonials. You review and correct the draft before anything is produced from it.
Can my team use the same information?
Yes. Invite your team and everyone works from the same confirmed description, with roles and seat counts that vary by plan.
How the process works
How does the process start?
You paste your website address, add a few details, and Frontsheet drafts your first piece as a free, watermarked preview. There's no account, sales call, or obligation; you pay only if you want to download the finished piece.
Can Frontsheet work with information outside my website?
Yes. Paste your website to start, then add proposals, price sheets, or notes as text, or upload a PDF, Word, plain text, or Markdown file. Frontsheet reads each one and shows you what it noticed, and you decide what to add.
What if my website is incomplete or outdated?
Your website starts the draft; it doesn't have to be the final word. Frontsheet reads what's there and produces a first version, which you then correct, right down to the sentences that are missing or wrong. Nothing becomes part of your trusted description until you've confirmed it. If your site is thin or out of date, you can type the details in yourself instead of waiting for the site to catch up.
How long does it take?
Your first draft appears in minutes. A typical first week: Frontsheet drafts from your website on day one, you review and correct over the next couple of days, and your first materials are ready to send by day five. There's no scheduling and no waiting on a designer.

What if the draft gets something wrong?
You correct it. Reviewing and correcting is the heart of the process: from the preview you can fix details, add what's missing, or rebuild in a different tone. Nothing becomes part of your business's description until you've confirmed it.
Can I approve what becomes trusted?
Yes. Nothing becomes part of your trusted description until you confirm it, from the first import to any update after. You're always the one who decides what's true.
Does Frontsheet change information automatically?
No. When your website changes, Frontsheet notices and marks what's affected as Needs refresh, but nothing updates on its own. It prepares the change for you to review, and you decide whether to approve it. On Growth and above you can also require an approval step before anything exports.
Will Frontsheet publish changes automatically?
No. Publishing a page to your live website is a separate, opt-in step, off until you turn it on. Even then, each page waits for your approval before it goes live, the same as every other piece.
What happens when my business changes?
Update the fact once, in one place. Frontsheet flags every piece built from that fact as Needs refresh, prepares the update, and waits for you to review and approve it. Nothing is reprinted or resent without your say-so.
What happens after I buy?
Your finished pieces are produced without the watermark and emailed to you with a download link you can return to any time. If you lose the link, you can request a fresh one.

How does pricing work?
Start with a free preview. From there, most businesses start with Frontsheet Setup: $299 one time to organize and confirm your business information and get your first finished pieces, permanently yours. Need just one piece instead? Individual pieces start at $79. Want new pieces every month as things change? Subscribe from $49 a month, Starter, or $149 a month, Growth. Payments are handled by Stripe.
What do I get?
Frontsheet Setup organizes and confirms your business information once and delivers your first finished pieces from it, print-ready and yours to keep. A subscription adds a monthly allowance of new pieces on top of that, plus your confirmed information kept current as your business changes. Exact numbers by plan are on the pricing page.
What counts as a piece?
The first export of a new finished piece, and only that. Previewing, editing, rebuilding, and re-downloading anything you've already exported are all free, no matter how many times you do it. On a monthly plan, pieces you don't use roll over one month, and if you need more than your plan includes, one extra piece is $25 on Starter or $20 on Growth, opt in, no surprise charge.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Frontsheet Setup is a one-time purchase, and no subscription is required to organize your business or get your first finished pieces. Monthly plans exist for businesses that want new pieces on a schedule as things change. You can cancel anytime, and everything you've built stays readable and exportable. Refund and cancellation details are answered on the pricing page.
What is included in a subscription?
A monthly allowance of new pieces, plus your trusted description kept current as your business changes. Growth and above add the full output library, the approval workflow, and custom branding. Exact numbers by plan are on the pricing page.
What happens when pricing changes?
Your price doesn't change on its own. If Frontsheet changes prices, that applies to future purchases and renewals with advance notice, not to what you've already paid for.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then paid features turn off. Everything you've already built stays readable and exportable, and unused pieces from that month don't carry over past cancellation.
Trust, data, and risk
What happens to the information I share?
It stays yours and stays private. Your content is used to draft your materials, nothing else. Frontsheet does not sell personal information and does not allow the providers that help produce drafts to train their models on your content. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Frontsheet never sees your full card number.
Is my information used to train Ai models?
No. Materials are produced with help from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI, working on our behalf under contract. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not permit these providers to use it to train their public models.
What information should I not upload?
Keep it to information about your own business that you're allowed to share. Skip regulated personal data such as health records or Social Security numbers, client-confidential material you don't have permission to disclose, and passwords or other login credentials. Frontsheet is built to draft your business's public-facing story, not to store sensitive data about your customers or theirs.
Who owns the finished materials?
You do. You own the content you provide, and once a purchase is paid in full, the finished materials are yours to use however your business needs. Frontsheet keeps ownership of the software and designs that produce them.
Is there a guarantee?
There's no promise of business results, and you should be wary of any tool that makes one. What Frontsheet stands behind is the work itself: if a delivered piece is materially defective or not as described, email support@frontsheet.com within 14 days and it will be redone or refunded. Every piece is also drafted for your review, so nothing goes out until you've confirmed it's true.
What if something goes wrong?
Email support@frontsheet.com and a human will sort it out. Billing questions, wrong charges, broken downloads, and complaints all go to the same place, and contacting support first is the fastest route to a fix.
Compared with the alternatives
How is Frontsheet different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT creates a new answer from the context you provide each time. Frontsheet helps your business maintain the information those answers should come from, so the website, documents, and team do not start from scratch.
We already have a website. Why do we need this?
Your website explains your business to strangers. It doesn't keep your proposals, sheets, and your team's answers saying the same thing. Frontsheet starts from your website, has you confirm what's true, and turns that into the pieces a sales process actually needs, every one telling the same story.
Couldn't we make these ourselves with a design tool?
You could, and for a one-off document that can be enough. The gap shows up over time: each new version drifts a little, and soon the deck, the proposal, and the website describe slightly different businesses. Frontsheet's job isn't making one asset; it's keeping every asset true to one confirmed description. If you send one document a year and one person writes everything, a design tool may genuinely be all you need.
Can't a writing tool draft this for us?

How do I get started?
Paste your website address and Frontsheet drafts your first piece free. You see the real output, watermarked, before paying anything.
Do I need an account?
Not to see your preview or to buy once: your materials arrive by email with a download link you can return to. Monthly plans include a workspace, and signing in is passwordless, by email link, with no password to manage.
Why do you ask for my email?
It's how your preview and download links reach you. If you leave a preview unfinished you may get one reminder about it, and that's it. Requesting a preview doesn't create an account or add you to a marketing list.
Who do I talk to before buying?
